I recently joined The Crust and Crumb Academy as I am a new sourdough beginner. Henry created this platform of beginners to advanced bakers. He caters to all different levels and he is always there to assist and guide us. He is very informative and always has tricks up his sleeve. How to tackle the situation and how to improve it by always challenging us to think. He definitely knows his baking and history to the art of baking successful bread and an array of various bakes as well. This has definitely opened my eyes to baking to a different dimension and the world is definitely your oyster. I am so fortunate to stumble across this group and decided to join. I have not looked back as every day I am broadening my horizons in being a successful home baker.
