Detailed courses clearly explain terminology, the chemistry involved in the entire process, variables to consider, how to correct mishaps along the way and so much more material is being added daily. It’s organized very well, so it’s easy to navigate to the materiel you’re looking for. I highly recommend this program for bakers of any experience level.
