I love what the Crust + Crumb Academy offers in the way of courses (with tests!) to be able to learn how to make and bake breads + more! Additionally the help that is provided is always available to help one as questions arise. Haven't found anything comparable to this. Give it a try, have no doubt you will find it equally as great to help you with your next bake.
