Within a week of joining Crust & Crumb Academy, I have new knowledge and insight about making bread. The information available can literally take the guesswork out bread making. Detailed courses clearly explain terminology, the chemistry involved in the entire process, variables to consider, how to correct mishaps along the way and so much more material is being added daily. It’s organized very well, so it’s easy to navigate to the materiel you’re looking for.
I highly recommend this program for bakers of any experience level. Even an expert baker can benefit from the collaborative nature of Crust & Crumb Academy. Helping fellow bakers through obstacles strengthens our own knowledge and opens the path to an even deeper understanding.
