After a teenage accident left me in a coma and paralyzed, I had to rebuild my life step by step. That journey became my mission. I’m a former physical therapist and author of health-related books and guides, and I built this community to make healthy living feel simple again. After an accident as a teenager, I woke up from a coma, paralyzed on one side. After months of physical therapy, I was able to smile again. My life mission became clear, and I became a physical therapist. After retiring and learning about Skool, I decided to create our community and help others.

Kerstin’s Healthy Rebels is as she...

The impression I get right away from Kerstin’s Healthy Rebels is as she describes the community “without pressure, perfection or quick fixes.” This especially speaks to over 50s such as myself who have tried other approaches to life and health. The community is very well organized with steps to get engaged, and she doesn’t miss a beat. She provides tips, insights, and even healthy recipes. It is clear she is all in herself, and with a calm and positive vibe. I especially like the recommended morning and night reset, as I do something similar. Finally, she keeps the community active as a leader and organizer. I would say all around, this is a good example of a community with promise.
