Woo hoo! I finally reached 100 members 🎉 Big thanks to @Lidia Axe and her 30-Day Skool Hackathon. One thing Lidia really helped me with was getting out of my own head. I tend to overthink a lot when it comes to my community, but she always gave me clear, actionable steps to focus on instead of trying to figure everything out at once. Looking back, I honestly think it was her guidance, feedback and the little tweaks along the way that helped me reach 100+ members today. Thanks again, Lidia 🙏

I enjoy the Sip & Focus. I’m really able to get work done, while I was also able to use the Overwhelm Sorter to get organized. Tonia does a wonderful job.

This community is an incredible space that perfectly balances high-value resources with a genuinely supportive network of like-minded people. The environment is highly intentional and distraction-free, making it easy to stay inspired and focus on real, tangible growth. It is rare to find a group that feels both deeply welcoming and elevating, but this community hits the mark perfectly. What stands out is the Intentional Scheduling exercises.

The positioning is sharp, and the community description alone will resonate with the right women immediately. The co-working model is genuinely smart; it solves the real problem, which isn't lack of knowledge, it's lack of momentum. Tonia is building this with real clarity and genuine care for the people she's serving. If you're a woman 40+ who's done collecting resources and actually wants to get things done with support around you, this is the right room to be in.
