I have been lost for too long and Invisible Warriors shined a light
I have been lost for too long! Invisible Warriors welcomes me! I have learned so much in just a short time. I donβt know the ladies in the group very well yet as Iβm new. But, THEY ARE ALL WARRIORS in their own unique way and Iβm so grateful to be a part of it!

Kat is a phenominal coach who tells it to ya how it is.
Kat is a phenominal coach who tells it to ya how it is. Phat Kat fitness is a well rounded program with one on one coaching, mindset work, a nutrition plan without all the extra ingredients, and strength training targeting your body type. Since I started working with her early this year, I have lost over 12 lbs, released a lot of inflammation and bloat, my hip pain has gone away and my foot pain is so much better, and I have become a stronger woman in mind and body. My biggest struggle has been losing weight in my gut.. I learned I wasn't eating nearly enough - goodbye to rabbit food and hello healthy proteins and whole foods. It's a slow process for me, but I'm here for the long haul, making consistent healthy choices and choosing a lifestyle that will serve me now and in 20 years!! To all my perimenopausal friends - how you treat your body now is what you will experience in your 50's, 60's and beyond. Your health is your Wealth!! Let's become better together for generations to come!!
