I will not claim to have done all the movements provided, but I can positively say that I've learned beneficial movements that have helped me. I woke up one morning with a pinched nerve in my back. And if you've ever had one, you know how painful it is to just function. I went to work and started getting my steps. Remembering some of the movements illustrated in Expanding Capacity, I began slowly working them in while I was walking. By the time I got my steps in, the pinched nerve was gone. Back to 100% normal. I may not have time to do all the exercises illustrated, but I do play them while I'm working and take note. I work them into my daily routine as time permits. And that's good enough for me.
