Michael is so knowledgeable and helpful! We have tried so many programs to increase mobility and get rid of back pain and stiffness. They have all been hard to stick to and difficult to squeeze into busy mom life. Michael makes it easy! Super grateful that I found this program and that he has given me new energy and mobility so that I could be more present for my kids!
Lauren is incredible and her bible study has given me such a fellowship of amazing women who understand the power of our lord and savior.
