I absolutely love Menopause Skool. There are so many things we as women were never taught about our hormones or how they effect virtually EVERYTHING in out bodies.

Menopause Skool has bridged that gap for, being only 32 and experiencing medically induced Menopause has been a whirlwind of feeling like my body was betraying me and I was losing my mind.

But in Menopause Skool, I found the soace not just to breathe but to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface.

This has taken so much fear and confusion off of my plate and I cannot thank these ladies enough for creating this space.

I have recently joined this community because I am 50 now and the sooner I start learning about what others experience, the better. I love how caring the group is and there is so much good stuff to learn there. I know I am in good hands with these women.

I love the support these women show in this community with their background I know I’m in good hands.

Being in this community has meant alot for me. Being here has been such a blessing helping me to stay the course giving me the encouragement to brave the changes im experiencing internally & externally. Thank you for this space Meslissa

Shortly after joining this wonderful Skool community. I mentioned that I experienced hot flashes throughout the day and at night. Within a matter of a few hours, I was provided with information to help better explain why I was experiencing hot flashes and the cause of it.

I recommend this Skool community for all women that are going through this stage in their lives not only for the valuable information, but for the support and encouragement that is provided.
