I have recently joined this community because I am 50 now and the sooner I start learning about what others experience, the better. I love how caring the group is and there is so much good stuff to learn there. I know I am in good hands with these women.

Shortly after joining this wonderful Skool community. I mentioned that I experienced hot flashes throughout the day and at night. Within a matter of a few hours, I was provided with information to help better explain why I was experiencing hot flashes and the cause of it.

I recommend this Skool community for all women that are going through this stage in their lives not only for the valuable information, but for the support and encouragement that is provided.

This is the best community for women to learn and improve our lives. So much knowledge and support. Highly recommended.
