Great community and exceptional guidance
The way Mel guides us is so gentle and so pursposeful. The classroom has incredible resources and I benefit from this everyday.

Mel's community is a breath of fresh air.
Mel's community is a breath of fresh air. The emphasis on doing small things to regulate ourselves is right up my alley, and the toe-dipping into hypnotherapy was welcome. I highly recommend this as a place to really exhale.

I give The Escaper’s Lab 5 stars.
I give The Escaper’s Lab 5 stars. What first made me join was Kesha herself. Her personality, her heart, and the way she genuinely cares for her people stood out right away. Her community feels like home. It is that safe space where I can show up as myself, without feeling judged or like I have to have everything figured out. Kesha is not only an educator, she is a motivator and an inspiration. She has created a space for women over 40 to unlearn old patterns, stop living on autopilot, and begin making small, meaningful changes one step at a time. Thank you, Kesha, for being who you are and for creating a community that feels so needed.

Love this community!
I joined The Escaper's Lab based on someone's recommendation of the community. I wasn't sure what to expect at first. What I discovered was a fun group with great engagement and simple, effective tools. I love Kesha's energy, humor (makes me smile and laugh every day I'm in there) and practical insights. One thing I focused on improving in the group was workout frequency. I've increased that and I've shifted out of hating, resisting and dreading my workouts and into working out because I want to. I'm also enjoying the tools to get out of overthinking. What I've experienced with those so far is deeper awareness and quick action from easy-to-use tools and fun resources.

I love this community!
I’m really glad I joined The Escaper’s Lab and Kesha is such a sweetie pie. It’s one of those spaces where you don’t feel like you have to have it all together to show up. I love her thought-provoking and encouraging posts, and the bite-sized experiments that make real shifts feel manageable instead of overwhelming. The community is very real and supportive, which makes it the perfect environment to grow. I would definitely recommend joining.
