Great Community to Learn Bread Baking

This is one of my favorite communities and I’m a true novice when it comes to bread baking. Members are helpful and supportive and Chef is fantastic. He answers questions, provides great videos, and even hosts live in person by camera baking sessions.

High Value Community!

I'm in complete SHOCK on how this community is free! There is so much incredible value here and perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to really bake some delicious bread! It's a great outlet for those needing that guidance, but also high quality interaction to improve your baking skills. I would highly recommend!

Crust and Crumb Academy

What I like best about Crust and Crumb Academy is the willingness of our Professional Baking Coach who guides us each step of the way. Henry Hunter has a real gift of being able to break down the Science of Baking. I have completed 3 projects each one turned out delicious. These courses are so practical for everyone. The lessons taught so that novices like myself can understand and feel like an expert baker. Henry Hunter will also take the time to ask where we are with the recipes. This helps me a great deal. I’m impressed with Crust and Crumb Academy and look forward to many satisfying recipes shared and made with the support of our community. ♥️

If you're looking for a well-delivered source of bread-baking info This is your place. Everything is laid out in simple-to-follow formats. The details are great and not overwhelming. Going forward, it's going to be my go-to resource and I am pretty picky about my sources. Definitely a 5-star resource!

Excellent Community to Learn

I'm so glad I was pointed toward this community. I belong to a bunch of pages regarding sourdough, but I have never posted my bread up there because well... if it's not perfect they usually rip you a new one. I'm not into that. We learn and grow by bringing each other up, not down. Hats off to you @Henry Hunter you have created an amazing community here where all are welcome and learn from each other. I got immersed right away and I was not afraid to post what I thought was not a great bake for Saturday! Looking forward to all this community has to offer!

Not Just Recipes...

Sure you can use youtube or read a book to learn how to make bread/bake but there comes a time when you really need community to troubleshoot what's going on. And that is what the Crust & Crumb Academy really shines at!!

So whether your "bread baking curious" or been at it for decades this space is for you! You may be amazed at all the permutations flour, water & yeast can be presented in.

Great community

Mr Henry, is an excellent baker, he is very knowledgeable and has books, on how to make bread and various baked goods, he is very versatile and has a strong community of bakers, this is a group you definitely want to join.

Baking Great Bread

This course and group have helped me achieve so much with my bread baking skills. I would get impatient when I would make bread and didn't trust the process. With Henry's instructions and telling myself to stick to the process I have found I can make great bread at home. I highly recommend this group because it has something for everyone.

Brand new and loving it!

Only about three days in and already getting value, both from Host Henry and his community. I've struggled with my croissants for years and using his tip, plus another from the community, I was able to make some almost pretty croissants today!

Knowledge abounds

Being in this group has taught me new ways in making great bread. The people are friendly, take time to answer questions, have bake alongs, also have a classroom where you can watch the videos on your time. All of the people in the group are supportive, no nasty remarks here. We cheer each other on!
