The Crust & Crumb Academy is a great learning opportunity for anyone who wants to learn how to make yeasted and sourdough breads. The recipe guides are incredible and really provide help for every step of the way. In fact, I have never seen guides like this before. I think it takes the intimidation out of trying new recipes, and there are a lot of recipes. The interaction between academy members makes it feel like a real community.

So far I love it! There are short online classes to learn techniques. Weekly learning recipes, lots of links to information! I have not had a chance to figure everything out but so far I love it!!!
